Situated within a well-established waterfront residential complex, the ‘Bellagio’ apartments are located on 546/ 46 Baywater Drive, Wentworth Point, 20km from the Sydney CBD.

Client Brief

The project brief was to refurbish level 5 and 6 into a sleek and contemporary style space that increases home efficiency. The client requested an environmentally conscious design using natural timbers, polished concrete and pops of olive green to connect the interior to the natural environment. The focus of the design is to create a generously proportioned interior to maximize the spectacular views from the private balcony.The lower floor consists of a spacious kitchen, living and dining area that flow effortlessly into an open plan environment. 

Concept 

The concept behind the design is to create a cohesive, multi-purpose interior that blends into its natural surroundings. The natural finishes and furnishings will mix texture and pattern into the space to provide harmony and balance. The material selection of walnut timber flooring, polished concretes and soft green colour schemes create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where the interior and exterior connect and flow seamlessly.
